Around Yarragon

Yarragon is located in central/west Gippsland and is surrounded by rolling hills and mountain ranges. The area is mainly dairy farming and is referred to as the Cream of Gippsland.

Blue Rock Lake, enjoy the fishing, a picnic and swimming all with 30 minutes of Yarragon.

Latrobe Valley, the open cut mine from the viewing area is truly awe-inspiring.

Darnum Music village. Only 7 kilometres away, a delight for both young and old.

Mirboo North. Famous for its brewery, you can sample many boutique beers. A must visit pretty town.

Mt Baw Baw, popular all year around for its spectacular scenery. Only 11/2 hours away.
